You will never cross thread a spark plug that way.
No, I'm talking about when I put a spark plug IN. Getting my old socket out of there was a pain because the rubber wanted to hang onto the spark plug a little too much. Way better with the magnetic socket.

Yeah, you put the boot on the plug then put it in the hole. Then spin the boot clockwise to start threading the plug in the hole. It gives you just enough force to turn the plug. Then, snug it up with your socket (remove the rubber from inside your socket if you have the problem of pulling the socket off the plug).

great work man. Must be satisfying, especially since you are code free!! Hope it keeps running well for you. Any modding plans in your future?

Thanks...yeah definitely satisfying. Even though I have decent mechanical ability, I must say I was pretty intimidated doing anything other than oil changes and brake pads on this truck. So undertaking the project was a bit scary. After doing this, I definitely have a much bigger comfort level working on this thing.

As far as mods...probably nothing more than an intake. Hopefully next year I'll have finances more in order and will be in the market for a used Charger...and that will likely be what I mod.

Yes, that was an awesome job. Very through with it too. It's actually pretty simple compared to the vast majority of vehicles out their. Every mechanic I know (including me) says Dodge makes the easiest vehicles to work on for their class. I am an expert mechanic both automotive and industrial. I have even built my own race car from scratch. And I got to say you did an excellent job. Only thing I think you could have done to make it look any better is a little engine painting and chrome it out.
