I installed an alarm system in my truck. The alarm has a positive wire that connects to the positive of the truck's parking lights. I checked on the light switch on the dash board like my wiring diagram tells me and there is only negative wire going to the harness. It wouldnt work. I cant seem to find the positive wire for the parking lights to flash when the alarm is triggered. Anyone knows where it is or how to do this? Thanks.

 

The parking lights are switched on the negative side of the circuit.

 

I am not sure I follow. Where can I find the positive side?
