Default Transmission problem

I have a 2003 dodge ram 1500 with a hemi and I recently had a mechanic change the oil pan. In order to do so he had to drop the transmission along with other things. My transmission shifted like new before any of this was done and now after all of this it is not shifting right. It's not slipping but 1st gear to 2nd hits hard and if I'm driving and I hit the gas it doesn't down shift it just accelerates slowly. The transmission fluid is also fine. Does anyone have any idea what's going on?

Too many variables here to hazard a guess, since he dropped the tranny, he could have screwed up just about anything. This should be a no brainer for you though, take it back and make him make his work right...
