Default 2003 ram 1500 5.7l HEMI P2106 & P2108

I was driving my truck in the mountains in CO on I-70 going up the Eisenhower tunnel towards Denver when my ETC light came on and put me into limp mode. When I got pulled over I shut it off and restarted it. The light went out and I had throttle input again. I drove for 15 min to another hill and once again lost throttle control. Same process, restarted and all was good again. Happened one more time for a total of three times. Got home and checked the codes and found P2106 & P2108. I've checked the forums and have seen a lot about cleaning the TB, that specifically says "DO NOT CLEAN" right on it. I have recently put seafoam into my fuel tank, crank case, and brake booster vacuum line. I don't know if that is any part of my problem, but I was nervous to use it in the first place. If anyone has any solutions that I can try please let me know. This is my primary work vehicle and I really need it running ASAP preferably without a huge dealership repair bill. Please help!

Well if you ran Sea Foam through it and didnt lock your motor up then you should be able to clean the Throttle Body. If you took it to a Dodge mech to work on it they would clean the Tb, so cleaning your TB is easy and very helpful.

So try to clean your tb and make sure everything is up to par the way its supposed to be drive it for awhile if it happens again go get a compression test done.

03 HEMIs a notorious for bad valves, you could have a bent valve, broken valve spring, or anything to do with the valves. If so its allowing air to come back through thus not holding compression.
