Default Clicking Noise

I have a 07 1500. Yesterday it started making a clicking sound with what I thought every revolution of the rear wheels. I took it to my dealer today and they checked it out and everything came up OK. They can hear the clicking when driving it 35mph and slower but when they put it up on the rack and run it, it doesn't click. They say it's coming from the front of the truck. Doesn't matter if it's in 4 wheel drive or 2. This dealer also replaced all the rotors, pads, e-brakes, left and right rear seals, and both upper ball joints 1000 miles ago.

Any ideas as to what it could be?

Check to see on both the front and rear tires to see if you don't have a small stone or nail stuck in your tire. If you do, it'll make a definite clicking sound that will change with the driving speed...

CV axle? Make sure the boots are good, not torn. Once the grease comes out of them the will make noise as well.

If it was the cv it would probably make noise on the lift.. $5 says it's a piece of gravel in the tread.

Thanks guys. I inspected the tires twice for rocks or metal and found nothing, so did the dealer. I spoke to the mechanic personally and he said that the CV could be going bad, but there was no evidence of that at this time. Funny thing now is since I posted this and drove home yesterday afternoon it's not clicking anymore.
