Default Headlights only working on high beam.

Hi there. I put an hid kit in my truck way back in the day and they would only work on high beams. (I tried putting in a power relay but it didn't do anything). I left them in for a few months until I fixed my busted out fog light and wanted to be able to run my fogs and headlights at the same time. I put the stock h13 bulbs back in and to my surprise, they also only work on high beam now. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I hope that the HIDs didnt tear anything up.
Have you checked the simple things like changing fuses and swapping the relays around? Checked for bad wiring or any wires that are cracked or frayed?

A common issue on the 06+ is the failure of the TIPM

Isn't the switch arm on the column an issue on 06s too? Thought it was 06 they replaced it for free on, but I may be wrong.
