Default Vents blow hot on passenger side

I have a 2002 Dodge Ram 1500 with the 5.9. My wife noticed the right vents were not blowing cold air with the A/C on. I assume it's a vacuum hose or something that opens/closes to direct the air flow for both left and right side. I do have the driver/passenger climate control sliders and it’s as if the passenger is set to 80%. The left vents are blowing cold so I know the A/C is working fine, just doesn't cool down nearly as quick given the warm air blowing on the right. Any help on locating a diagram or vacuum hose locations I should be checking....or testing the A/C switch. Thanks Rick

My 02 Ram blows cold air on the drivers side and heat on the passengers side when running the heat. None of my controls work for floor, defrost, it just blows from the top vents. The heater core has been flushed several times and nothing has changed. My control panel lights are off as well. Any thoughts on what it could be...it's driven me crazy.

Go to heatertreater.com. You have broken blend doors. They will tell you all you need to know. EDIT that's the wrong site. Just google dodge ram blend doors. You will find tons of information on what is wrong.

Just did 4 heatertreater doors in my 03 2500 and all works perfect now. I opted to pull dash and change out evaporator and heater core at the same time. I only like to do things once here. Took me all day to replace everything. I also replaced the cracked upper panel with a new one from Dodge for a overpriced $500. But at least I don't have to look at the cracked dash anymore. I also replaced all the bulbs in the instrument cluster and a/c control so it lights up like new. Dodges weakest area is the plastics. The rest of the truck is very durable.
The heatertreater doors are much better than the factory ones but Chris's videos are set up to cut the box which I didn't want to do. Good luck
