At home tire rotation
Rather not bring the truck anywhere for a tire rotation. I have a 3 ton jack, 2 jack stands, and the stock scissor jack that came with the truck. Whats the best way to get the truck up. I would like to just jack one side up at time.
Maybe use the scissor jack on the rear axle tube. Where is the best place for the front jack? The front crossmember on the same side as the scissor jack? The a arm?
With my wifes lancer I just find the balance point and jack the whole one side of the car up at once with my jack, lol.

You won't need the scissor jack. Lift the front of the truck up, and put it on jack stands (on the frame somewhere, likely behind the front wheels I think). Then take your jack, and lift in the middle of the diff at the back...then you've lifted the whole truck up. I wouldn't get under the truck, as the back end won't be on jack stands, but it'll work to rotate the tires.
Jack up the back end, put it on jack stands. Remove the rear wheels, moving them forward and swapping sides. Use your floor jack on each front corner, moving that tire to the same side on the rear. Thirty minutes, tops.
Where on the front corner?
Jack up each front corner (under the control arms) put the jack stand under the control arms. Put the top of the jack stand right under the shocks( there is room enough for the stands and jack)go to the rear with the same jack and lift the rear by the pumpkin. Both sides will go up
