headlight problem

Default headlight problem

My 2005 ram 2500 deisel has a right front dim headlight problem, bulb and socket is good. Computor is detecting the problem. Can anybody help me.

What error or code is the computer detecting? With a volt meter, what are the three pins reading on the bad side compared to the good side? Post the readings

Good chance its a bad relay in the Power Distribution Box under the hood. Try switching it out with a different one in the box to see if that clears it up.

Kevkoe,

Have you been able to figure out the problem? Is the headlight dim constantly or just as certain times; for example, when it is cold or just in the morning?
