Please list the mileage and ANY/ALL modifications you've installed on the truck...

Also do you have any DTCs? (Diagnostic Trouble Codes aka Check Engine Light)

If you do, please use a scanner OR the key method to get them, and please post them up IN THE ORDER THEY APPEAR.

Well you said you do the usual tune up at 5,000 miles, so that means you have changed your plugs how many times now and when is the last? Odd that there are zero DTCs those are what really help point out the problem.
Battery is good? All the Grounds are Good?

Okay so you've got about 101,000 miles for us Americans.... lol

If the car sat for more than 4 months, you might be experiencing a clogged fuel system [somewhere] due to the ethanol in the fuel breaking down and creating sediment in the tank, which might be clogging the lines.

You need to check the fuel pressure, if you are below 50 PSI you've found your problem and you'll likely need to drain the fuel tank, get in there and clean it out (or you can try some fuel cleaners but they usually don't do the trick...), change the fuel pump & filter, and you might even have to change the fuel lines up to the rails... injectors could also be clogged.

So let's start by checking the fuel pressure at the fuel rail, be careful not to blow yourself up...

Also what plugs did you use? Platinum? Iridium? or Copper? or something else?

Is it to late for Sta-Bil or Star Tron?

well those usually prevent the ethanol from breaking down, or at least slow the process considerably, so it wouldn't hurt to try it, but it might be too late.

There are products out there that might help, but I just can't remember the name of them off the top of my head, so I'll have to do some "trolling of the interwebz"..... lol
