I have a 03, Ram, Hemi. Anyway when i start it it sound like it miss or hesitating, when i drive it hesitate every it accelerate for being at a stop. when I'm driving it's fine & when i get to where i'm going it's fine also. I'm thinking that it a air problem or a throttle problem, & their is no code. Can anyone help me with this.

 

We really need more info. Thats a truck thats almost 10 years old.

Where was the last time you changed plugs in it? Plug wires? Cleaned the TB? Replaced the PCV/EGR?

 

No EGR being an '03, but I would start with plugs and throttle body cleaning. Basic tune-up.
