Default Torsion key question

2004 Ram 1500 QC 4x4 5.7

A buddy and I are installing torsion keys to level my truck. No issues on install but when tightening the torsion bolts they are going in on an angle (no staying straight up and down).

It does not like look like the front end has been raised at all.

What do you think I am doing wrong/

Thanks in advance, Joe

Any possibility of getting pictures of what you are describing?

well if the bolts went in crooked then you might have cross-threaded it...

definitely need some pictures ASAP though.

Will get some pics up soon.

Bolts are not cross threading, the bracket and bolt are moving upon being tightened.
