Default CB Wiring issues

2006 Ram 1500 Big Horn
Im having trouble getting the cable from my CB Antenna into the cab. I tried putting it through with the bundle of wiring in the engine compartment, but theres no room to get it thru. Also, there is no way to put it thru the window seal. Anyone got any ideas?

No its a 4' Firestik antenna bolted on to the bed rail. I had a magnetic one before, but it really sucked. I could barely talk to my buddies 1/2 mile away.

If you are trying to go through the firewall, take out and drill the plate right above the brake pedal and them put it back in place. There is plenty of room there
