First off, welcome to DF. Second, that is quite a lot of miles on that truck...
Does the truck have any modifications?
Have you done a simple tune up? Replace Spark Plugs and Wires?
And have you tried to pull any check engine codes? Use the key method to find codes and post them up when you find them.
Off the bat this sounds like a sparkplug/coil/ignition problem so we'll start there for now....
Otherwise it might be a Throttle Position Sensor (TPS), a MAP sensor, Crank Sensor, or Cam Sensor problem..... but any of those would throw a DTC, giving you a Code to look at.

No mods have been done the truck runs perfect and its not missing. I have read that the TPS will not through a code I may be wrong or who ever posted may be incorrect. I was going to plan on a tune up but I just did not see the since of it with it running so good this problem just happened two days ago and know does it at every stop.. I figured with 200k on it that if i pulled the code it will be a list a mile long so i rest it yesterday and was driving the crap out of it in hopes that it would through a code but no luck..

well that's not good... NEVER reset the PCM without pulling the codes... those are your first indicators of a problem... if the Truck "Learns" bad "habits/conditions" then it might not throw the code(s) we need to see....
But just because there isn't a Check Engine Light doesn't mean there aren't some codes in there.
Pull the Engine Codes via the key method, and then pull the C-Codes by pressing and holding the trip button and turning the key to the "on" position (without starting the truck), then list the numbers that are displayed EXACTLY as they appear.
Also while you are at it, check for vacuum leaks... definitely possible you have one.

I did pick up, however, an inexpensive OBDII from HF

if it was a TPS issue you'd be seeing issues at Idle.
Get a can of brake cleaner spray (or two), and with the engine running spray around the intake manifold (where it meets the head) and all the vacuum lines.
Just stay away from the battery and all of the electrical including the sensors.
Also stay away from the actual intake box (or filter on the CAI)
If/When you hear the motor start to struggle/stall you have found a vacuum leak.
Do that and let us know what you find.... if you don't find anything then I think it is time for a leak down and compression test.
