Default engine stalls at low rpm's

'03 Ram 4.7, this is my wife's daily driver, a month or two ago she complained that her truck would die at stop signs, slowing to turn into parking lots (which is pretty scary with out power steering) and while driving the RPM's would fluctuate 1-200 rpm. I figured it was a dirty sensor in the throttle body. so I cleaned it with some mass air flow sensor cleaner and it seemed to fix it for a couple weeks. So my question is, is there something else I need to look at? another sensor? maybe replace one of them? any feedback will greatly appreciated!! Thanks, Chobie

I had the same problem on my 03 Dodge Ram 1500 4x4 Qcab. I replaced the cam position sensor and the idle air control sensor. Changing both on those seems to have fixed my problem. Hope that helps.
