I just bough an 07 that didnt have them but was pre wired factory. Purchased the fog lights on ebay for 60$pr and the new Head light switch w/ fog control (HLS-1349) for $46 AMAZON and plug and played. If its OEM prewired then u most likely wont have to get programming. $106 and done.
