Default binding/ locking up in reverse....

ok so i got a 07 ram 1500 hemi 4x4 with factory limited slip rear end. the other day i was out picking up my sled trailer at my uncles farm and there was about 4 foot high snow drifts, i drove through to get to the trailer, as i was backing up to the trailer the truck locked up on me so i gave it a little gas and "bang!" it started to move again, i have noticed in the past little while i start to feel a "shudder" while taking tight turns so i figure its the limited slip starting to act up.

today i was backing into my drive way and the truck again started to bind a bit when backing into the drive way so i drove around the block came back and it was fine backing up. i also noticed when this happens i can press my ebrake pedal to the floor and usually i cannot, any ideas? is the "binding" a normal sign of the terrible limited slip diffs in these trucks?

thanks connor.
