Default Pulsating 2002 Ram 360 4x4

Truck Pulsates on 2002 Dodge Ram 1500, 4x4 360engine. This happens when you remove your foot from the brake in forward or reverse. Before putting foot on gas where you would normally ease forward or backward like at a stop sign, the truck slightly jerks or pulsates. Chrysler does not know how to fix this, but has the same problem with other 2002's. Anyone have this problem?
Thanks[:@]

I'd love to have something that big that "pulsates," but unfortunately I don't know how to fix your truck... sorry, but good luck.

My 2002 4.7L also does this , more of a shuttering feeling.
Started happening right after I switched out worn U-joints.
The new U-joints are just fine and oiled so i know its not them..
Let everyone know if you figure it out !

Default Hmm...

Well, if it was a "first year model" issue, that was fixed with the later models, you would think they would know what the issue was, wouldn't you think?

I own a 4.7L '02 Quadcab 4x4 as well, and my truck doesn't make a "pulsating" or "jerking" motion, but I am interested to see if you find what you are looking for.

My 03 4.7 4x4 QC/SB does the same thing. I was thinking possibly warped rotors?

I would think you should feel that when braking at high speeds too. My truck only does it when creaping thru an intersection or in that type of situation.
