Sorry, OP, I hadn't noticed you mentioned the spring issue. I could be wrong, but I think the wiper arms are identical side to side. Maybe give a try swapping one for another, to see if your problem would be solved before buying a new one. If the design hasn't changed, removing the arm is just about as easy as removing a blade! Just a simple clip holds them on to the shaft. Disengage the clip and gently pry-wiggle them off. Just make sure when you install, the blades are in the same position they were before removal.
Never mind, they are right and left.

Well, I guess I'll get a couple new wiper arms and see if that solves my issue. If not, I'll step back and punt. Are these what I need?

IDK about where you live but here at Big Lotts they had RainX wiper blades on clearance for $5 a set. I bought 3 sets of the 24 or 26 inch

I bought these little spring loded clips from Canadian Tire that hook onto your wiper arms and hold them down with lots of pressure. Paid 12.99 for a set of two.

Had them on my old Dakota when a new set of wipers didn't help keep the windshield clean. Worked really well.

I have the package in the garage. I'll take a picture and post it tomorrow.

It doesn't really matter if the wiper are new or not. I made that mistake at mr.lube when they had their free wiper special going on. Drove a 14 hour trip the next day and nearly killed myself half a dozen times

Found what you're talking about. Super Wipe, I believe. It looks like it'd work just fine, but when I go to the site it doesn't say that they're compatible with anything Dodge. I'm sure I'm just missing something, so I bring this page to you people. Tell me which color I'd need, please.

So, before I went spending a bunch of money on various things, I went with the simple fix. I tried bending the arm a little bit. Just a small bit, to see if that would help. Well it didn't. So, I tried swapping the arms. The passenger side gets wiped fine, so I figured hey, it might just work! It didn't. It still doesn't wipe right, and the arm that was on the drivers side works perfectly on the passenger side. So, does this mean it's my windshield? I REALLY don't want to have to replace my windshield...
