Default Could someone recommend a good air filter?

I checked and my air filter is dirty... I don't see a brand on it anywhere. This is a 2007 Dodge Ram 2500 HEMI. Could someone recommend a good air filter and if possible provide a link to where I can purchase online or in store locally?

A K&N or Spectre drop in is probably pretty good. I've got a Spectre 14x3 that works really well.

Hmmm cool. I was looking at the K&N Filter and they claim it to be reusable. Have you ever reused them and how much of a hassle are they to clean?

BTW, this is what I'm looking at purchasing: http://www.knfilters.com/search/prod...x?Prod=33-2247

I had a K&N cone filter (before it decided to fall off somehow lol) and I have the cleaning kit. It's pretty simple and straight forward to clean it. You just have to be patient and let it dry.

I had one in my truck. To clean I sprayed with water hose than re-sprayed with oil.
