What are some things I could do to improve horsepower and torque?

E-fan (flex-o-lite) is the best dollar for dollar mod I have done, which is pretty much all bolt-ons except TB spacer. Really noticeable increase in TQ and throttle response.
If the primary use is towing, however, I would not do the efan because of the risk of failure. It simply adds more things to break when you're pulling the camper 1000 miles from home!
