I would suggest that you check the following:

1) Tie Rod Ends
2) Wheel Bearings
3) Motor Mounts
4) Trans Mounts
5) Remaining Suspension Components
6) Axles

Also does your truck have 4WD or is it a 2x2?

Lastly, Welcome to Dodge Forum!

okay, have you had an alignment done? if not then that is likely the issue or at least a contributing factor as you need to have an alignment done after you change and of the parts you've mentioned.

Because it is related to the throttle I would lean more towards motor/trans mounts, but it isn't common for those to fail.

How many miles do you have on the truck and have you done any modifications?(leveling, lift/lower, tuner, etc.)

Bent wheels or Ujoint can cause them at that speed..

Do you have a 6' or 8' bed?
If you have the 8' it could be the center carrier bearing.
Had the same problem and it fixed it

Not easy to bend one of these wheels... but it might not hurt to rotate the tires and see if the problem migrates...

A U-Joint would be pretty obvious if that was the case but is also a possibility and should be checked.

Also, if the truck wasn't given an alignment after the tie rod end replacement it could definitely cause this, except it would be all the time, not just when the accelerator is pressed, which is what leads me to believe it might be a motor and/or or trans mount.

Dry U joints that are still "good" will vibrate. My boys 2500 does it every time he forgets to grease them at an oil change.. His vibration is usually around 50mph.

So did you figure it out yet?

this is her husband, the truck has around 240000 miles on it n we had the motor swapped out bout 12000 mille ago, i bought the truck used. it well over due for a oil change n thats first priority when we get the money along with a alingment. also when u shift into drive or reverse there is a click or pop sound that comes from under the truck. im not sure if it matters or not but the rear drivers tire it starting to dry rot. thanks for all the help.

well sounds like you need:

An Oil Change
Alignment
New Tires + Balance

Did they reuse or replace the motor and transmission mounts when you had the motor swapped?

If not that should be the first step.

Next you should check the U-Joints, and output shaft, as well as the axles.
