Exclamation Heater Help

I am puzzled. My heater/ac blower was working intermittently on all settings. Then it stopped working all together. I replaced the blower moter resister and this did not correct the problem. I checked all fuses just incase it blew the fuse but no luck, all fuses are good. I have a 2008, 1500, 4.7 l, 6 spead, truck, any suggestions?

Default Still Looking

I have replaced the starter switch and that did not do the trick, it now works sometimes. It seems it want to work only when it wants to. The only thing I can think of at this point is a bad ground wire somewhere.
