I have a 2003 1500 Laramie. Passenger side headlight and turn signal won't work when the switch is on, but the turn signal works when the headlight switch is off. I have changed the headlight socket, the fcm, and the headlight switch as well as the bulbs and still have the same issue. When it rains the lamp out light blinks and it chimes (annoying). Any suggestions?

 

Look in my signature and click on the Service Manual link. GO to that thread and download it, go to the electrical section and use the wires in it to trace yours and see if that helps. Something may be crossed or shorted somewhere
