Default Spark plug change

I have a 2004 5.7 Hemi and it's time to change the plugs. Been reading a lot and looked into the E3s, the platinum/iridium, and the OEM Champion nickel/copper plugs. Getting a lot of input to stay with OEM as the truck runs better. Anyone have any input?

just replaced 12 of 16 plugs(leaving last 4 under brakebooster, for when I have less distractions). the plugs appeared to be stock champions with 156k miles on them. she still ran like a champ despite how bad the plugs were.

I feel like we need to add the words "platinum" and "iridium" to the censored list so that if anyone tries to suggest them it gets starred out so this question stops. Copper always has and will be the best spark plug for a 3rd Gen 5.7L
