Hey everyone I am looking for a 5.7 Hemi for my 04 2500,and found a 04 out of a 1500 and I am wondering if they are the same. I would like a direct swap no modifications. Can anybody tell me which years and models will fit my 04 2500 4x4 thanks!

 

I'm pretty sure the only difference is that the 1500 is going to have an egr valve. Your pcm wouldn't know how to control it so you would just have to block it off with something like this:

Otherwise, I think it would be a direct swap.
