Default I need some opinions/help

I am planning on getting these 3 inch lift spindles from Ebay.
http://www.ebay.com/itm/02-08-Dodge-...60560432620%26
and i want to run 16 inch rims but it says i cant. and I'm guessing its because of the upper ball joint...there wont be enough clearance. The rims I want to use are 16x8 and have a backspacing of 4.25". would this clear? I may also run a 1.5 inch wheel spacer.

Please shoot me some answers, concerns!

Thanks

16" wheels won't clear the calipers on 3rd gen. Need 17" minimum.
