I would think the easiest way to check is to look up the part numbers for the mirrors for the donor vehicle, then look up the part numbers for your vehicle. If the same, should be ok. If not, then I would think that they would not fit properly.

4.7Ram,

Do you have power and heated mirrors already? If you don't then you will not have the wiring there to install it, however it is hard to confirm if the mounting would be the same. I would recommend getting the part#'s you are looking to purchase and contact a Dodge dealer. They will be able to advise if the parts are compatible, as they will have all of your vehicle information, and point you in the right direction.

If he has heated and power mirrors then all he'll need to do if the plugs are different is cut and splice the old pigtail to the new mirror... not too hard with a multimeter and some time...
