I'm rather stunned that you have an overhead cam in a modern hemi, since they are ohv pushrod engines, and you will only need one cam, not two. If yours is different, I'd say you will have a hard time replacing the CAMS in your 5.7

If your looking for a trouble free easy install a good cam for your heavy 4x4 QC would be a 260.
With the 03 Being the red headed step child of the bunch, tuning options are next to nil.
A 260 grind will run strong out of the box and is 03 PCM friendly. It's a good torque cam to get that heavy *** QC moving.
You can get a custom tune to improve it further, but you won't have any idling issues with a 260 as you would if you ran a more aggressive cam.
03 Hemis cannot have the idle speed adjusted in software in the PCM, so other more aggressive cams are notoriously difficult to do anything with.
But before people chime in, there are some 03's with big aggressive cams in them, but also with considerable support mods as well.
If you wish to go even further with your 03, you can buy an 04 or 05 year PCM and full wiring harness.
A swap with either of them then opens up what everyone above 03's can do with tuning and extensive support. A bigger cam is then no problem as idle and a lot more can be adjusted in software.
It's a big thing to do, so don't start this without deep and thorough research.
Hope all this helps?
Al.

Do you have the 4.7 or 5.7? It sounds like you aren't sure or don't know.
