2004.5 dodge diesel rough idle

My truck is a 2004.5 dodge diesel stock is runs great and has plenty of power but has been loping at idle for about the last 75000-100000 miles. Everyone tells me injectors are bad but I don't think they would last that long . The truck has 250000 miles on it. What woul cause the lope
