Hey y'all. I have a 2003 1500 with the 3.7. I have come to the conclusion that the TPS needs to be replaced after some diagnostics and frustration with the truck. Anyway, I went to replace that part this weekend and the bolts holding the sensor on the side of the TB won't budge. I rounded off 3 bits trying to unscrew them. I guess there is locktite on them from the factory, what can I do to break them loose so I can get them out? Thanks.

The only way to remove seized bolts that I know of is penetrating oil, heat or drill. Sounds like you may need some heat? But you risk wrecking the TPS. I guess your replacing it anyway. Throttle body is probably very expensive. So you don’t want to screw up! You might be smart to remove the t body and take to a shop or machine shop and have them try to get it out for you? Then you could do a complete clean on the t-body as well.
Also maybe a dab of anti seize on screws upon assembly so this does not happen again.
Good Luck
