Default Questions about tire paint

Bought two tires back in November. The folks at the shop did not notice it and got two tires that were all black without the specs in white paint. Is there some sort of pen I can buy to make the specs on the tires white? My back tires have the white paint while the fronts are black and it's driving me nuts. I will be replacing my two rear tires on saturday and would like to get two tires in white paint. What can I do about the ones in the front which are black? Is there some solution that I could apply that would last for a while (at least a year)?

You can get marker paint at auto parts stores for tires. I've used several over the years and many even come in a giant sharpie type pen so you can get it exactly where you want it. Not familiar with american stores but I presume most places will carry it, probably even Walmart.

http://www.autobarn.net/trimpen.html is one that came up when I searched. Tire Paint Pen or Pencil should get you there.
