Default Front end leveling

Hey guys i just bought the rancho quick lifts for the front of my 2006 dodge ram 1500 5.7. And bilsteins for the back. Anyone have the size of the socket size i will need for everything. Also the torque specs for ones that need proper torque. Thanks for the help! Also any tips & tricks are greatly appreciated!

I dont remeber the specific socket sizes but you will need a small variety of them for everything. I also did the quick lifts with the new coil spring as well and I like them. You might run into some stuck or seized bolts so make sure you have a good breaker bar and a good impact gun.
I can try and look up some torque specs later when I have access to the information.

One more question. How about the back shocks? Just the torque settings
