Default Tire Size with lift

If i added a 6 inch Rough Country Suspension Lift and 3 inch Performance Accessories Body lift.

Would i be able to run 37 x 12.50 x 17 inch tires? I have 17 x 8.5 wheel with a plus 10 offset

Would 4.56 gears be the best option for those size tires?

Would a body lift effect my ability to run a Ranch Hand Grille Guard?

You'd barely cut it with 8.5 wheels. The tolerance is 3 inches +/- an inch. I'd look for at least 9" wide wheels if you plan to offroad or air down the tires at all. As for the gears I would say yes because those size tires will bog down the engine. Idk about the grille guard but if it attaches to the frame at all then I would say no it won't
