Heater control panel

Hi
I have a problem with the control panel on my dodge ram 1500 5.9 2002.
Only the fan speed selector is working. Nothing else. Is it the panel that is broken ? Have tryed to get help here in Norway, but that's not so easy. Hope somebody here can help
