Just in case someone else goes through this-might save you a bit of time. I removed the fuse panel from truck and then removed circuit board from panel. Upon very close inspection found the ground wire(embedded in circuit board) had corroded. A simple soldering iron, sharp utility knife, solid copper wire and alot of patience and I removed the corroded piece and engraved a small channel in circuit board. Cleaned groove out and placed wire in groove-solder the entire wire to circuit board. Be careful and not to much heat as the plastic coating on the circuit board will seep into your channel. Once everything is cool check all connections and cover with an all purpose clear silicone. Re-installed into truck and everything works as it should. Very time consuming but saved at least $1500 by not taking it to the garage!!
