Default I need help with this front end noise

I have had my 07 1500 QC for 2 years. Started getting a front end noise after a few months. Sounds like its from the left side. It's a low thud kind of noise that I get on small bumps, ruts in road, or even in my driveway when the weight shifts as I start moving. I don't really get it on big bumps. The noise is very aggravating. Changed sway-bar links and bushings, tie rods and ball joints. They were bad and needed it, wasn't just tying stuff to fix noise. Here is the crazy part, I only get the Sound during the winter when it's cold. The noise was driving me crazy and it suddenly stopped when it got warm. I though it just may have been a coincidence but when it got cold again this year the sound came back. Now that it is warm again the sound is gone! Any ideas on this one?

Would a bad strut make that type of sound? My left strut was leaking so I know it's bad. Tomorrow I'm going over to my buddy's house who's a mechanic. We're going to check out which ones we need and order them up.
