What kind of trouble for a 5-speed swap would I be getting into?

Default What kind of trouble for a 5-speed swap would I be getting into?

I've got an 03 Ram 1500 Hemi 4x4, how big of a job would it be to switch it to a 5-speed out of a 2500 5.7L? and what all part's would I need to snag from this truck? I work at a salvage yard so this is a golden opportunity to try this. Thanks in advanced

and the cupholder/console thing from around the shifter in the manual trans truck... You cant open the cupholder on automatic models once the shifter is there, ive been measuring and it doesnt add up.

It doesn't seem like it'll be too rough of a swap.. Idk if I would take a perfectly good AT out just to do it though.. Maybe if she starts giving me trouble it would be something to think about, but I will keep these items of this 2500 just in case.
