grinding noise from front right

i have a grinding noise coming from the front passenger side when turning right from 15mph and up also some bumps i had a loose tie rod end i replaced and the wheel hub bearing also in search of the solution with no avail 2003 2wd quad cab v6 maybe the brakes or dust shield but why only turning right
