The CRC did work very well. Overall I would have to give the Seafoam an A+++ for how much its helped out the performance of my truck and MPG, as part of my tune up. Though it caused me to have this problem, it did its job. It broke a bunch of stuff loose and happened to gum up a sensor in the process, but thats only because the truck has so miles on it, and wasn't properly cared for by the previous owner. Seafoam and CRC Throttle Body Cleaner both get my recomendation.
