Hi guys,

Is there any apprietiable difference between the 2006 and the 2009 seats? My drivers seat is shot (lower cushon and fabric). I have a replacement foam but I need to replace the cover. I found a nice set of leather covers for a 2009, but all the listings I can find show 2006-2008, and 2009-2010 as a seperate cover. Is it just the seat tracks or are the seats totally different? They look very similar.

The body style changed between the 2006 and 2009 models and the seats are different. I would work with the listings that are being provided.

 

Seats are not identical. .. mopar parts on line is were I bought my replacement foam and fabric for my 06 ram drivers seat..any foam padding from a hobby store will work.

File down the metal seat frame as the rough edges are the cause of imploding seats..

 

My drivers seat is ripping on that seam too. Almost every 2004-2008 Ram I've seen while i was shopping for trucks had that problem.
