Default Billet Grill Noise

Hey guys,First time posting long time reader....I just had a quick question that I couldn't find to much on....I have a 02 1500 quad cab and I just installed a Billet grill...Its the replacment not a bolt over and its alumnium..It looks awesome but its so noisey.I mean its real loud and it starts at 30mph an goes away at 40mph..lol its crazy how loud it is..Has anybody had this problem before?Anyway to fix it?I know its the grill because I took it out and the noise isn't there..Put it back in and its there...You can hear it over the radio even...Thanks for any replys in advance..Happy Ram'n.

here is a story, i think its true. on one of the fords in the 50s i think a pick up. it made a noise going down the road. the fix was putting a hole in the rad support about 3-5 inch dia. but if it was mine i would work on the new grill. try opening some holes up. of close some off.
