Default 03 5.7 missing on acceleration

It idles good but when I take off it is a little sluggish then it sounds like 1 or 2 cyls come in and it runs fine I cleaned the tb, changed the plugs(they looked ok but I changed them anyway) plug wires look good and air filter, took injectors and had them checked, they all checked good. I'm going to do a compression check today. If any one has had this problem and could save me some time trouble shooting it will be much appreciated

Have you tested the ignition coils?

If you can, have someone scan your car for error codes. They may help shed some light on the problem

On 03's you can do the "key dance" and check for codes.
Do that and see of any codes pop up.

Perhaps a Sea Foam treatment? I don't know if a dirty/bad PCV valve would cause this.
