Default delayed engagement

I had my 06 1500 mega cab into the dodge dealer becouse I was having issues when the truck sat for extended time that it would not engage into gear so the did a trans service and installed new filters: 5179267-ac and 5013470-ad my question is since it is still doing it did they use the correct filters?

thanks, James

Quite normal for our trucks. The torque converter is leaking down due to a faulty check valve. I don't believe it is located in the filter assembly, so it probably was not replaced. Nothing to worry about, you just have to wait a few seconds for the pump to catch up to the converter. It causes no damage.
