I have the KRC 220 cam in my 04 hemi. The KRC220 is a custom nitrous and supercharger grind cam made to KRC's specs by comp cams. It's $359 through krc.
The 220 is a little bigger than the 273. I had the beehive springs installed too. My truck is still at KRC having some more mods so I haven't even got to drive it since the cam went in. I have talked to a couple of the guys that have driven it and they love it. They were able to dyno it in 2nd gear and got 314rwhp NA. Not bad considering a 2nd gear dyno has shown about 10% less hp than 3rd gear, 1:1 dynos, I have done in the past. So, we speculate around 330rwhp is what's there. Since I have a high stall tc, and the 2nd gear run, the torque numbers were way low. We're going to try to get 3rd gear dynos next. They tried about 10 times to get it to hold 3rd gear and something about the new cam, tune and my other mods it just wouldn't hold.
Anyway, here's a video of the dyno:

Here's how the cam sounds: (a little distortion from the exhaust flow over the muffler but you get the idea)
