Default King Ranch Seats in a Dodge?!?!

I just recently came across the interior for a 2007 f-350 king ranch on craigslist. I've always loved the king ranch seats and almost bought a king ranch but bought my 04 quad cab slt instead. My question is has anyone ever put king ranch seats in a dodge? What kind of work would need to go into it? I'd really like to try this but if there is a ton of custom work needed I'll probably pass. Any help would be awesome thanks!

Pretty sure a 350 is wider then our trucks so you'll run into an issue there. Also that's a crew cab set up being squeezed into your QC set up. The people in the back won't have much leg room. But yes a lot of custom work would be required. You can do 4th gen Ram conversions though. There are some people who have done that into their 3rd gens

And if you put Ford seats in a Dodge, we will burn you at the stake.
The guy above me forgot to mention that.

Lol yes that too! But I can't really blame him. Those captain chairs in the KR are nice. Probably the only ford thing I would ever want

I hated the smell of them personally, but whatever floats your boat.

Minimal modification is needed for a 4th gen swap but a KR swap would be MAJOR modification
