New Retrax , Line-x & Billet grills
Its not cheap, but it works great. Its a start...

The Retrax was $895 plus the $50 for the locking tailgate handle, including installs.The Retrax is Lexan, and I dont think it can be painted and used regularly.The top locks in any position on the rails, and acts like a cargo stop if you put taller items rearward.
