rust protection.
I built a wood box liner back in 2006. I used magnet s under the plywood to stop the pltwood from rubbing on the box..
fast forward to pressent day when I cleaned out the assortnent of dirt, screws, and nails that were under the plywood..
yes the box was scrapped up...but no rust at all was on the box...I have a topper on the truck so perhaps that stopped the rust...
my inner door seans are rusting, on.a whim I put the sane mangnants on the rust...
the rusty oxide is comming off I can renove it by leaving duct tape on the seam for a day or two and take off the tape.
I'm well aware of scarifical annodes in use on water mains..zink or mangneasum bars..
perhaps mangants may help in rust protection...
