Default 2002 Dodge Ram Won't Start

I bought a 2002 Ram 1500 when i bought the truck the lights weren't working right nothing worked on dash cluster ect. I was told this was fuse box under the hood on driver side. I had this replaced problem fixed. So a few weeks after when the truck would not start lights would come on but when you turn the key nothing. I have replaced several things including batt. terminals, the fuse box a second time because when you would push on it the truck would start. After getting the second fuse box it ran for a few days than nothing. I took the batt to be tested they said it needed replaced so put new one in it. Still same problem it will usually start thoughout the day but when it sits over night the next morning nothing. I disconnect the neg. terminal let it sit for while than hook back up truck will start. Any ideas i have had the truck to a shop several times and they can't find the problem.

Hook up a meter measuring current draw from the battery. The initial draw with nothing on should be .25A, I believe. Start pulling fuses and noting any changes.
