Default manual transmission fluid type

i wanna do a trani flush in my 03 ram 2500 5.7lt. manual says use mopar equivalent manual transmission fluid. Is there a more specific awnser? any help would be great

Gone Fishin: Different for the 6 speed? My '06 1500 has that. 86k miles. Wondering if its time or even necessary.

Yes
The 6 spd is a G56 from the Mercedes-bentz truck line. The FSM specs out atf+4, but if you do some investigation over in the diesel forums, the guys running these switched out to regular synthetic gear oil 75w-140. I wish I had sooner as I don't think mine would be showing as much wear as it is now (almost 180K miles) the synchros are getting REAL tired.
